NovaSoft CRM Demo Access Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice
Effective date: 22 March 2026
These terms govern access to NovaSoft Technologies CRM demo environments, including any related dashboards, records, workflows, designs, prompts, automations, text, structure, and functionality. By requesting an access code, entering any code, or continuing to use this demo, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose of Access
Access is provided only for evaluation of NovaSoft service capability. Access does not grant ownership, license, resale rights, derivative creation rights, or permission to replicate demo concepts, layouts, logic, workflows, naming, data structures, prompt designs, or feature architecture.
2. Intellectual Property and Anti-Copy Conditions
All demo content is confidential and proprietary intellectual property of NovaSoft Technologies. You must not copy, record, scrape, export, reproduce, reverse engineer, publish, share, relay, train models on, adapt, benchmark for public release, or create derivative systems based on any part of the demo without prior written consent.
3. Confidentiality
You agree to keep all materials, ideas, operational flows, and commercial insights from this demo strictly confidential. You may not provide access to third parties, teammates, contractors, agencies, or competitors without written authorization.
4. Accountability and Evidence Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that your submitted email, verification events, IP-related access metadata, interaction logs, and related audit records may be retained by NovaSoft for security, abuse prevention, and rights enforcement. Where misuse or infringement is reasonably suspected, NovaSoft may rely on these records in legal enforcement actions, including proceedings before courts or tribunals.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: plagiarism; unauthorized copying; distribution of screenshots or exports; automated collection; credential sharing; bypass attempts; source inspection for replication purposes; deceptive use; and any use intended to compete using materially similar implementation.
6. Monitoring, Security, and Access Controls
NovaSoft may monitor activity, rotate access controls, suspend sessions, revoke access, or block requests at any time. Access may be denied or terminated without notice if activity appears suspicious, abusive, or outside intended evaluation use.
7. Privacy Notice
Information processed may include your email address and access telemetry necessary to operate and protect the demo. Data may be stored in secure systems and used for support, security, auditing, and legal compliance. NovaSoft does not provide this demo as an anonymous public utility.
8. No Warranty; Demonstration Environment
This environment is provided “as is” for demonstration only. Any sample metrics, records, and automations are illustrative. NovaSoft makes no representation that demo data corresponds to real client operations.
9. Remedies
Breach of these terms may cause irreparable harm. NovaSoft reserves all legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of enforcement costs where permitted by law.
10. Jurisdiction and Changes
These terms are governed by applicable Australian law unless mandatory law requires otherwise. NovaSoft may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
