1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or engaging NovaSoft Technologies Pty Ltd ("NovaSoft") for services, you accept the terms set out below.

2. Services

NovaSoft provides software engineering, AI integration, security and IT services. Specific scope, pricing and timelines are agreed in a written engagement letter or statement of work.

3. Confidentiality

NovaSoft treats client information as confidential. We do not share, publish or use client data outside the engagement, except where the client has given written consent or where disclosure is required by law.

4. Privacy

We collect only the personal data needed to respond to enquiries and deliver services. Data is stored on AU-region infrastructure and retained for the period required by Australian law and the active engagement.

5. Product updates and early access

If you join a NovaSoft waitlist or request product updates, we collect the name and email address you submit and use them to send relevant launch, product and service updates. We only send marketing where you have expressly consented. Every marketing email identifies NovaSoft Technologies Pty Ltd and includes a working unsubscribe option. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

6. Intellectual property

Bespoke deliverables produced under an engagement transfer to the client on payment of agreed fees, except for general-purpose tooling, frameworks and prior IP retained by NovaSoft.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law. Consequential or indirect losses are excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
